SSC Stenographer Exam pattern and syllabus 2019-2020

SSC Stenographer Exam pattern and syllabus ,Staff Selection Commission [SSC] has released the exam pattern and syllabus for SSC Stenographer Exam 2020. This exam is a computer-based exam that is conducted every year for the recruitment of Grade C and D stenographers in government departments. The last date to apply for the post of stenographer is 18th October 2019.

SSC Stenographer 2019-2020 Exam Pattern

SSC Stenographer 2019-2020 is expected to be held from 5th to 7th May 2020. The mode of the SSC Stenographer exam will be online. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours, and there will be negative marking for every incorrect answer.

The question paper will be divided into three sections, namely General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, English Language & Comprehension. The following table can easily understand the marking scheme of the subject wise decision of paper:-

SSC Stenographer Exam pattern and syllabus Candidates qualifying the written test will be called for SSC Stenographer Skill Test for final selection. In the skill test, a ten minutes dictation will have to be typed on the computer with a speed of 100 words per minute for Grade C candidates and 80 words per minute for Grade D candidates. SSC Stenographer’s final result will be released after this test result only.
